2. What BoatLeader Is

BoatLeader is a marketplace where boat owners list their boats for sale directly to buyers. Listings are submitted by sellers and reviewed by our team before publication. BoatLeader does not own, inspect, sell, or broker any boat, and is not a party to any sale. All purchases, negotiations, and inquiries are conducted directly between buyers and sellers.

3. Accuracy of Listings

Listing information displayed on BoatLeader - including prices, descriptions, photos, and specifications - is submitted by the individual seller and may not always be current or accurate. While listings are reviewed before going live, BoatLeader makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing. Always verify listing details directly with the seller, and obtain an independent marine survey, before making any purchasing decision.

4. Permitted Use

You may use BoatLeader for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without written permission
• Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the Site
• Reproduce or republish listing content without authorization from the original source

5. Intellectual Property

The BoatLeader name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of BoatLeader.com and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Listing content (photos, descriptions, and specifications) is owned by the seller who submitted it. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from BoatLeader content or listing content without permission.

6. User-Submitted Listings

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they submit, including photos, descriptions, pricing, and contact information. BoatLeader reviews listings before publication but does not independently verify ownership, condition, or any claim made in a listing. Report a listing you believe is fraudulent or inaccurate to theboatleader@gmail.com.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

BoatLeader is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Site is at your own risk.
